As a CN (London) Credit Union member, you can obtain a MemberCard® debit card, which provides convenient access to your account and an alternate method of payment.
MemberCard® is accepted at Interac® ATMs across Canada and wherever you see Interac®, The Exchange®, Acculink® or Plus® network symbols.
You can also use your MemberCard® debit card to pay for purchases where ever you see displayed the Interac® direct payment symbol - or, in the USA, the Accel® logo.
To report a lost or stolen card, please call 1-800-LOST-111 or 1-800-567-8111.

International withdrawals from the Plus® System ATMs
We have joined THE EXCHANGE® Network, which consists of 11 banks and over 226 credit unions. The three larger of the banks are "HSBC Bank of Canada", "Citibank" and "National Bank of Canada".
This additional service will allow members to make deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries at any of the 2,300+ Canadian ATMs on THE EXCHANGE® network without any surcharge fees.
Our members now have the ability to make withdrawals at over 200,000 THE EXCHANGE® ATMs in the continental U.S. and Alaska, as well as utilize the ACCEL® Point of Sale debit network in the United States. THE EXCHANGE® ATMs in the U.S. are easily identifiable as they carry the same logo as the Canadian ATMs but without the maple leaf. The ACCEL® network is one of the largest POS networks in the United States with more than 1 million locations. Additionally, 18 of the top 20 US retailers use ACCEL®.
