Online Banking Application

To sign up for online banking, download the Internet Member Service Agreement.

Complete the form, sign and fax (519-434-5687), mail or bring it in person to the Credit Union.

You can access your account(s) and Line of Credit, get a detailed statement of all activity for the past year on your account, transfer funds from savings to chequing or vice versa. For real convenience, you can view images of cheques that have cleared your account. All For Free!

Online Statements

All members with online banking access can view and print their monthly chequing account statements from our website. Viewing your statements online is faster and you will no longer need to store all that paper. Processing expense will be reduced and postal delays eliminated.

Can I still receive a paper copy of my account statement by mail?

Most members using online banking do not want a paper copy of their statement. Accordingly, members with online banking access will not be mailed a copy of their statements. However, if you would like a paper statement copy mailed, just let us know and we will arrange. However, please be aware there will be a fee charged per statement produced.

Note: Members not using online banking will continue to receive their statements in the mail without charge.

Can I save my account information?

You will always have access to at least 12 months of account history on our site. You are able to download account information to Quicken®, Microsoft Money or a Comma Delimited file. You will find these features when you select the Download Menu.

Images of Cheques

Online Banking Members are able to view and print imaged copies of cheques cleared through their personal chequing accounts (PCA).

What does it Cost? NOTHING! It's Free!

To See your Imaged Cheque(s) click the "Activity" button beside your PCA account. A list of all transactions will appear. Scroll down to "View Cheque" and click on the image. A pop up will appear with the front and back image of the cheque for viewing. To print a copy simply right-click your mouse to access the print function.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Online Banking Cost?

There are no extra charges for online banking. Only your regular transaction fees apply. There is no initial fee for setup or monthly charges for use. Because paying bills online is much less expensive than paying over the counter or by mail, you will be saving money.

Are my logon and password case sensitive?

Yes they are. Passwords should be at least 4 characters in length and should only be letters and/or numbers.

Can I make online payments to my loan or mortgage?

No. Additional online payments could adversely affect repayment schedules. You must contact the Credit Union to authorize transfer to your loan or mortgage.

Can I transfer from my savings to my RRSP/RRIF online?

No. Contributions to RRSP/RRIF must be processed using appropriate forms. Contact your Credit Union to arrange.

For Joint Accounts, can both parties set up online access?

No. Online access is limited to one person per account.

Can I link family accounts to my online access?

Yes. The access is subject to proper written authorization by the immediate family member. For example, a student away at school is able to give access to a parent to allow online deposits to the student's account.

I see a message "Unmatched Session ID". What happened?

The internet banking times out or expires within the hour. All completed transactions prior to time out are processed. Simply log in again.

CN (London) Credit Union Ltd. — Our online banking platform is safeguarded by Thawte web security.

Information provided through the Online Banking Channel is protected while in transit through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and 128 bit encryption. Encryption ensures that information in transit cannot be read or changed. Access to your account can only be obtained with proper ID and User Password.

While online transactions are limited to viewing account information, transferring funds within Credit Union accounts, and paying bills, members are advised to consider the following:
